به‌عنوان منتقد برجام عرض می‌کنم که در بحث معنای Lift در قطعنامه ۲۲۳۱، به تفسیر سست و یکجانبه شرمن استناد نکنید.
برجام آنقدر ایراد فاحش حقوقی دارد که نیازی به استناد به ادعای فاقد مبنای آمریکا نباشد.
این واژه در تمام قطعنامه‌های شورای امنیت به معنای لغو به کار رفته است، نه تعلیق:

قطعنامه ۱۰۱۱ - رواندا ۱۹۹۵
